NOTE: Beginning January 1, 2011 the following administrative fees will go into effect:
- scheduling an exam by phone $10 (USD)
- rescheduling an exam more than 24 hours before the scheduled date $15 (USD)
- canceling an exam more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled testing appointment will result in a cancellation fee of $50 (USD). Exams cancelled within the 24 hour period prior to taking the exam will result in the forfeiture of the entire exam fee.
