Arizona Real Estate Sales and Brokers
The Department regulates real estate, cemetery and membership camping brokers and salespersons. It approves and monitors pre-licensing instruction and testing and continuing education courses. It maintains oversight of approved schools to ensure the quality content of their courses, the competence of their instructors, and the quality and timeliness of the materials being taught.

Real Estate Practice Tests
Pearson VUE offers a practice test for both the Pearson VUE Real Estate Broker and Salesperson licensure exams for $19.95. Real Estate practice exams may require a separate username and password using the CATGlobal system.
