We encourage all candidates to purchase or schedule exams using the Pearson VUE website.

For Test Center and web-based proctored exams: Click on the appropriate button to the right. Alternatively, you can schedule your exam via phone or at most testing centers. Click here for these options.

For Online non-proctored exams (Tesco employees only): Click on the appropriate button to the right. These exams require web registration and a voucher. You cannot purchase these exams via credit card, phone or at a test center.

Online Non-Proctored Exam Customer Service

Before you purchase your online non-proctored exam, we recommend that you verify the computer that you will use to take your exam meets the specifications listed below. Online non-proctored exams, can only be taken if all the specifications below are met.

You must have a voucher from CompTIA or one of its testing partners to purchase this exam. You will have 48 hours from the date/time of purchase to complete the exam.

Minimum Specifications

  • Operating System: Windows 2000 or higher, Mac OS X 10.3.9 or higher
  • Internet Browser Version: Internet Explorer v6 or higher, Firefox 3.0 or higher, Safari 2.0 or higher, Chrome 5.0 or higher
  • Screen Resolution: Screen resolution equal to or greater than 1024 X 768
  • Flash Version: Flash version 9 or greater
  • Internet Connection: You will need a sustained, high speed, Internet connection for the duration of the exam.
