Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals (CSCMP) Certification Program
CSCMP’s SCPro™ is a rigorous, three-level certification program that offers supply chain professionals a concrete way to demonstrate a broad range of knowledge and skills that can help them achieve competitive salaries and titles. It also provides hiring managers with an independent barometer of a candidate's commitment to and success within the supply chain industry.
When you complete the three-level SCPro™ certification, you prove to your current employer and the entire supply chain industry that you have end-to-end supply chain knowledge, have implemented measurable efficiencies and can offer masterful analysis of real-world business issues. In short, when you’re an SCPro™, you’re eminently marketable.
Level One: Cornerstones of Supply Chain Management
Professionals with an SCPro™ Level One designation demonstrate a solid foundation of knowledge in all the functions of supply chain management, such as: demand planning, procurement, supply management, manufacturing, service operations, transportation, inventory, warehousing, and order fulfillment with a focus on the importance of customer relationships. This certification validates a professional’s commitment to the supply chain industry.
Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible to take the SCPro™ Level One test, you must meet one of the following requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Four years of relevant supply chain experience
Registration and Scheduling Procedures
To take the SCPro™ Level One exam, a candidate must perform the following steps:
- Submit an application to CSCMP by visiting cscmpcertification.org/application.
- Select a test window—The SCPro™ Level One exam will be offered three times in 2013. Select the test window below that best fits your schedule.
2013 Test Windows Registration Windows 1 March 4-April 13 December 24, 2012-March 16, 2013 2 July 15-August 24 May 12-August 3 3 October 7-November 16 July 28-October 19 NOTE: It is the responsibility of the candidate to schedule his or her test with Pearson VUE within the window selected above. If you cannot find a time and location that fits your schedule, you may switch to a different test window for a $150.00 US administrative charge. There are no exceptions to this policy.
- Register for and purchase the test using the link provided after your application is approved.
- Create a username and schedule your test on the Pearson VUE website.
Rescheduling and Cancellation Policies
The rescheduling and cancellation fees for SCPro™ Level One are as follows:

*Rescheduling and cancellation requests must be made 24 hours prior to your test date. Exams cannot be rescheduled or cancelled with less than a 24-hour notice and all test fees will be forfeited.
