DANB Certification Testing

Dental Assisting National Board (DANB) is the nationally-recognized premier certification and credentialing agency for dental assistants. For more than 50 years, DANB has worked within, and has the support of, the dental community. When you become DANB-Certified, you join an elite group of over 30,000 Certified Dental Assistants (CDAs) nationwide. The American Dental Association recognizes DANB as the national certification agency for dental assistants.

DANB offers national certification examinations, examinations leading to certificates of competency and state-specific dental assisting expanded functions examinations.
