IMPORTANT EXAM INFORMATION
Within 3 days after taking your EXIN exam, you will receive an email from EXIN. In this email we request you to click on the provided link and to confirm your personal data in the EXIN database. Without this confirmation your certificate will not be released.
Please make certain that your email account allows email from EXIN. The address you enter in the address field will be used to send the certificate to. If you prefer the certificate to be shipped to your work address, include the company name and department in the address.
ITIL EXAMS
There are currently two ITIL Foundation exams available. In some languages the exam is based on the 2007 syllabus. This exam is named ITIL. You will see the available languages. These exams will be replaced by the 2011 exam at a later stage.
In other languages the exam is already based on the 2011 syllabus. To take this exam, choose the ITIL-F exam. You will see the available languages. Should you need any special accommodations when taking your exam, you can use this form for your request.
YOUR CERTIFICATE
EXIN will send your certificate using normal postal services within 2 weeks after you confirmed your details. Please allow up to four weeks for your certificate to be delivered. Pearson VUE does not distribute EXIN certificates.
You will also receive access to your personal "Candidate Portal." Here you will have a digital certificate available. You can also access your personal information, view your exam result(s) and request additional services.
