To schedule a test appointment through Pearson VUE, select your testing program from the test taker services portion of the website. Once you have chosen your testing program you will be presented with a variety of ways to schedule your exam that are applicable to that testing program.
To locate a Pearson VUE test center, select your testing program from the locate a test center portion of the website. Once you have chosen your testing program, you will be able to view available test centers near you.
When you schedule a test, you will receive a confirmation letter or email that includes directions. For information about a test center, such as its address, telephone number or directions, select your testing program from the locate a test center portion of the website.
Availability varies from test center to test center. As a general rule, our test centers are open Monday through Friday. The majority of test centers are open in the morning and late afternoon and a handful have opted to stay open on the weekends.
This allows us to ensure that you, the testing program and Pearson VUE are all associating your testing results to the appropriate profile. The waiting period allows us to avoid things like creating duplicate profiles within our database. Many username and password requests are fulfilled instantly and most are processed within a few hours. However, there are instances when additional time is needed to properly create a test taker profile.
A confirmation letter is automatically sent via email after you schedule your test appointment. You may print this email for your receipt. If you did not receive the automated email, please contact Pearson VUE customer service.

Once you reschedule a test appointment, your profile is updated immediately. You will receive an email to the address in your profile confirming this change. To verify this change, select your testing program from the test taker services portion of the website. Once you have chosen your testing program select “My Account” from the navigation on the right portion of your screen.
If you have forgotten your sign in details, please select your testing program from the test taker services portion of the website. Once you have chosen your testing program select “My Account” from the navigation on the right portion of your screen. On the sign in screen, you can click on “I forgot my username” or “I forgot my password” links on the right of the screen, the follow the instructions.
