Excelsior College Military Funded Program Examinations
U.S. Service Members: DANTES Educational Testing
Computer-delivered administration of DANTES-funded Excelsior College® Examinations is now available to Active, Reserve and Guard component members at DANTES/Pearson VUE test centers and base sponsored National Test centers. Computer-delivered administration provides immediate scoring of multiple-choice exams, and eliminates the waiting time associated with shipping paper test booklets to and from DANTES testing sites.

You can contact the test center directly to schedule your DANTES-funded Excelsior College® Examinations, schedule online, or schedule via our Call Center.
Please Note: There is a $10 transaction charge for every exam appointment scheduled via the Call Center, including initial scheduling, rescheduling or canceling an appointment to test. (The $10 transaction charge does not apply when receiving telephone assistance from Pearson VUE with your username and password.)
Military personnel must be prepared to show a current DoD Common Access Card (CAC) and one additional form of current government-issued ID at sign-in. The second form of ID must show your first and last names as they appear on your exam registration, a recent recognizable photo, your signature and an expiration date that has not passed. Examples include a passport, government-issued driver's license, or a government- issued national/state/province identity card.
Candidates who are not military personnel and who are not testing with funding provided through the DANTES program will be required to provide one form of government-issued identification (as described above under “second form of ID”), in addition to any documentation required to allow them access to the base-sponsored testing site.
