Oracle Certification Program - Start Here

IMMEDIATE ACTION REQUIRED FOR ALL TEST TAKERS: Score reports are now available only through Oracle’s CertView certification portal.  An Oracle Web Account is required for CertView access. You MUST authenticate your account at certview.oracle.com once you have created your Pearson VUE web account to avoid delays in receiving your exam results. Please allow one hour after you create your Pearson VUE web account, before you attempt to authenticate your CertView account. If you try to authenticate prior to this, you will likely receive an authentication failure notification.

Oracle certifications are tangible, industry-recognized credentials that can help you succeed in your IT career and provide measurable benefits to your employer.

Oracle certifications are a reliable validation of training and experience that can accelerate your professional development, improve your productivity, and enhance your credibility.

For IT professionals and managers, each Oracle certification level signifies a benchmark of experience and expertise recognized for its value and relevance in the IT industry. Today there are over 1.5 million Oracle Certified Professionals worldwide.

Types Of Exams

Proctored/Non-Proctored Exams — Most of Oracle Certification’s exams are considered high-stakes exams and are therefore only delivered with a proctor through Pearson VUE testing centers and some Oracle University training locations. Oracle also offers several exams online without a proctor. These exams provide more accessible way to get started on a certification path. Non-proctored exams do not require preregistration or an appointment, and are available on-demand 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Beta Exams — Oracle also occasionally offers beta exams, which are preproduction exams used by Oracle to evaluate new exam questions with the participation of a live audience.

Oracle Database OCM Exams — Oracle Certified Master (OCM) exams for Oracle Database are conducted at designated Oracle University facilities in each global region. Visit the Oracle Certification website to learn more and register for OCM exams.

NOTE: You must create a web account with Pearson VUE before you can schedule your proctored or non-proctored exam. The email address used in your Pearson VUE web account will be the email address used to notify you that your exam results are available in CertView.  It is very important that this email address is valid and will accept emails from @pearson.com as well as @oracle.com.
