SAP Certification Testing
The SAP Certification program validates the knowledge and skills of customers, SAP internal consultants, and partners and independent consultants. Certification ensures SAP customers are served by professionals with the proper credentials to perform the functions they are assigned.
Exam Registration & Scheduling Information
Registration for SAP certification exams taken at Pearson VUE is a simple 3-step process:

- Create your Pearson VUE web account (SAP user id from step 1 will be required)
- Register for the exam
All exams require the use of the SAP user id for proper tracking in the SAP Certification System. Please use only your personal SAP User ID! If you do not provide your correct SAP User ID then SAP cannot upload the results to their database and you will not receive a certificate.
CUSTOMERS / PARTNERS / INDEPENDENT CONSULTANTS:
- If you have previously taken an SAP exam or attended SAP training, go directly to step b, otherwise, customers and partners should access visit the Service Marketplace to register for your S-user number. Independent consultants, as well as Customers and partners having questions or problems regarding this step, should use the following contacts:

To register in Australia and New Zealand, please complete SAP Education’s registration form and SAP Education will send you a voucher for booking your exam viaPearson VUE. - For all APJ countries excluding Japan: education.apa@sap.com or tel: +65 62 708188

To register in Japan, please complete SAP Education’s registration form and SAP Education Japan will send you a voucher for booking your exam. - For all other countries please navigate to the appropriate country on sap.com/services/education and contact your local Education Department.

- Create your Pearson VUE web account. Your S-user number from step a will be required on the third screen. Questions or problems regarding this step should be addressed to Pearson VUE Customer Service.
- Continue through the exam registration process. Questions or problems regarding this step should be addressed to Pearson VUE Customer Service.
SAP INTERNAL CONSULTANTS:
- As long as you have your I or D or C number, go directly to step b. Questions or problems regarding this step should be addressed to SAP Education at 1-888-777-1727.
- Create your Pearson VUE web account. Your I-user number from step a will be required. Questions or problems regarding this step should be addressed to Pearson VUE Customer Service.
- Continue through the exam registration process. Questions or problems regarding this step should be addressed to Pearson VUE Customer Service.
PLEASE NOTE
Non-Disclosure Agreement and Privacy Policy: You will be required to accept SAP’s Non-Disclosure Agreement and Privacy Policy on screen at the test centre before starting your exam. If you choose not to accept the terms and conditions of SAP’s NDA and Privacy Policy, you will not be allowed to take the exam and forfeit the exam fee.
Exam Security: From 1st February 2013, the admissions process for SAP exams delivered at Pearson VUE test centres will include the capture of a digital photograph and a digital signature. For more information, please refer to the Privacy Policy or contact Pearson VUE.

Exam Score Reports / Certificates
Upon completion of your exam, you will receive a printout of your score report at the test center.
SAP will subsequently send your official certificate by post. Please allow up to 6 weeks for your certificate to arrive. Your certificate is sent to your registered postal address in your VUE profile. We recommend you check the postal address you entered in your Pearson VUE account to ensure it is correct (click on the ‘My Account’ link on the right of this page). Your registered postal address should be your own private home address or private P.O. Box address.

Retake Policy
Each candidate is permitted three attempts to successfully pass an exam. If the exam is not passed within three attempts, the exam may not be retaken until the next major release of the exam.
