The new certification program, called “Open Communications Channel Certification Program”, tests your skills and competence level in the areas of sales, service or consulting. Every Siemens Enterprise Communications certificate is aligned with Open Communications. Exams are business and technology orientated and provide an attractive and motivational career path.
SEN Open Communications certification will assure that all sales, service and consulting personnel are highly competent to meet the established level of quality as well as the customer expectations.

Siemens Enterprise Communications is offering a 50% discount on any retake for any exam in the SOCA or SOCP exam series.
Conditions of the offer:
- Only applicable for exams in SOCA and SOCP exam series.
- Only redeemable on payment by credit card not pre-paid voucher.
- Can only be redeemed by contacting a Pearson VUE Contact centre directly.
- Refunds will not be issued to candidates that have paid full price via the web or test centre.
- Can only be used against the same exam taken in the first sitting.
- Cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount.
- Valid from 15 April 2008.
- Can be applied to ALL retakes of the SOCA and SOCP exams.
