Voucher Order Forms and Price Lists - WAMITAB

Voucher Facts

• There is a minimum requirement of ten (10) vouchers per order.
• All discount vouchers are pre-paid. Discount vouchers are non-refundable and non-returnable.
• Only CREDIT CARD orders can be processed.
• Vouchers expire 12 months from the date they are issued. Voucher expiration dates cannot be extended. The exam must be taken by the expiration date printed on the voucher.
• Discount vouchers will only be supplied in electronic copy — hard copy vouchers cannot be processed.
